We partner with trusted logistics providers to guarantee reliable delivery. While we strive for seamless service, external factors such as customs clearance or regional disruptions may occasionally impact timelines. Rest assured, we monitor each shipment closely to minimize delays.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may extend slightly due to higher order volumes. Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

For domestic shipments, expect delivery within 5–7 business days post-dispatch. International orders generally arrive within 10–15 business days, though remote areas or customs procedures may add to this window. You’ll receive a notification email with tracking details once your package is en route.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates tailored to your order value:

  • Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60.
  • Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more.

Note that expedited shipping options are unavailable at this time. All fees are calculated at checkout based on your cart total and destination.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. However, restrictions may apply to certain regions due to logistical limitations or legal compliance. At checkout, enter your address to verify eligibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or territories with complex import regulations. If your location is unsupported, contact [email protected] for potential alternatives.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a unique tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Use our carrier’s online portal or mobile app for real-time updates, including estimated delivery dates and any transit exceptions.

If tracking information hasn’t updated within 48 hours of dispatch, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team for assistance.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events or carrier backlogs. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and shipping address. We’ll investigate promptly and coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For lost shipments confirmed by the carrier, we’ll either resend your order at no cost or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your order total or shipping fees.

To avoid surprises, we recommend consulting your country’s customs office prior to ordering. Non-payment of these fees may result in delivery delays or return of the package. Note that we cannot reimburse such costs or adjust declared values on shipments.
