Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature; these exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

If you received the item as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser. Sale items may be subject to different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may require you to provide documentation from your financial institution confirming the refund has not been processed.

In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method after consultation with you.
